hey im 29 M me and my family live in delhi near Cr park area today my father was hit by biker in morning he started abusing my dad and tried to take his mobile in rage he said mai vakeel hu jo bigad saktey ho bigad lo yeh vakeel mekn kis baat ka inti akad hai by father got hit with slaps and stitches in hand some blood came out. He doesnt remember the biker number as he was making video the biker deleted the video from his phone. Idk please advise what to do

Check if near by shops have cctv and they are willing to cooperate. Also, it might be stupid, but did the biker delete it from trash?

The shameless guy hitted and assaulted an old man. Such a shame. Hope your father is fine. That’s why I hate delhi, if he deleted the video, check some file recovery software, they may recover since the file was deleted recently ( worked for me).

he is still bleeding i didnt delete video as my dad says he couldnt capture it. i want to beat him or find him via legal ways tell me what to do

Go to the location where the exact incident happend, just check nearby CCTV cameras, I am sure you will find that person, lodge a complaint. This is the only way.
If you get the person’s face, you can also use some AI tools to find the profile or picture from the internet.

Deleted video can be recovered if you check nearby good mobile reparing shops. There are many tools for recovery hope it helps. Otherwise nearby incident location shops/houses private camera’s are option for evidence.
