my college hostel wardens forcefully forcing me to buy hostels and i cant afford it ( for final year)

  My college is forcing me to stay in the hostel for my final year, but I can’t afford it due to financial constraints. They are not allowing me to live outside, even though it’s a more affordable option for me. This is really unfair and stressful.

    Fir paisa mangane aye to fati jeb dikha dena pant ki. Fir wo log
    G khud hath pakad ke hostel se bahar nikal denge.

    They will not give you no dues certificate which will block you from getting your degree

  You can file an application requesting your college director/registrar to either waive off the hostel fees or allow you to stay outside. If possible get it signed by your parents/guardians(dont forge it)
  
  Whichever he/she agrees to, you can show it to your warden. If that person still creates issue you can ask them to give in writing about compulsion to stay despite approval or file a complaint to college authorities.
  
  Try to solve it with calm and reasoning first.

    they are saying u cant move out unless and untill you live with your parents in that city and have a permanent address
