“I recently joined a private company in India, but they are not providing Provident Fund (PF). My salary is below ₹20,000, and during interviews with MNCs, the HRs are telling me that PF is mandatory.

Can someone clarify whether my current company is legally required to provide PF? If they refuse, what options do I have? Also, how can I explain this situation to MNC HRs during interviews without it affecting my chances?”
