My dad paid off our Home Loan, but he’s unable to pick up the original property documents by the given date, is that going to be a problem?

My dad is out of town and the bank’s congratulations letter says he has to pick up the documents by next week but might not be able to be back in town. It mentions at the bottom of the letter that it would be returned to the central storage facility and that he can request it later. This shouldn’t be a problem, right? I am quite oblivious to how things work. I am sorry for this embarrassing question, just checking. Rather be safe than sorry, thanks.

wont be a problem
one can collect the documents whenever we want

if your dad applies to collect and the bank delays then they pay you amount from their pocket
(post 30 days if not returned then i read somewhere 5k a day or month idr)

Call up the bank and ask them to reschedule the handover as you are out of town.
