April 14, 2025 at 7:36 amI work at at interior design company. I was getting paid 35k per month. They didn’t mention about the PF cutting before I joined. After I joined I was told to give my PF details from previous company. And I worked at that company from two years ago.Now in this new company my employee says PF is compulsory. From what I’ve read online it’s employers choice to have PF cut or not. I don’t like how she is making it seem compulsory. Do I have right to deny the cutting?

April 14, 2025 at 7:43 amPF is compulsory for employers beyond a certain number of employees. Its just to the employee is he/she wants more percentage cut from salary for long term savings. -

April 14, 2025 at 7:53 amIf itβs less employees they can reduce it to 1800 I guess. This was followed by my old startup. And that is compulsory. -
