Sso my fampay account has been frozen for like 1-2 weeks now, what happened was I had a friend tell that his account was having some issues so he will send me money that he receives and I need to transfer it for him. it’s usually just 1-4k in a week but last week he asked me if I got the transaction limit that he could send 20k. i agreed and he sent 2 transactions totalling 19998, it sent 15k of it out the very day to 3 accounts in 5k each since fampay doesn’t allow more than 5k to a account in the first 24hrs, but later that night my account got blocked. i contacted support and mailed them and they informed me the incoming funds transaction was flagged and my account was blocked by cybercell south delhi and they asked me to mail them, that they could only unblock me if they are directed by cybercell. the weirdest part is i live in Kolkata and I have been asked to mail Cybercell south delhi??. which I did 4 times and they didn’t reply, I re mailed fampay support and they said they can’t do anything unless directed and were of no help. i ain’t got much on fampay since I usually deal in cash and also got a gpay so I only use it for transactions for smaller things and emergency, but it still had like 2000 of mine and 5000 of my friend, who doesn’t look much concerned about it so i assume i could keep it if it takes too long. but how do I get my account unblocked, i mailed every support multiple times, the cybercell isn’t replying, fampay support is useless
