My father is a retired government employe.He has problems with my mother so they don’t talk and no other relations.But both are living together.A woman aged 5 or 6 years younger than him trying to text him from 2 years.He didn’t replied to her at first but after fight with my mother.He became desperate and fell into her trap.Also she is his close relative.Now she is demanding money from him.He already given some amount but I don’t think she will stop asking.He is scared to give complaint as everyone will know about this fade his social image.What to do next?

This is simple extortion, and there is legal recourse for it. But without a police complaint, the legal process cannot start. In that case, don’t understand what kind of legal advice you’ve come for here.
