So I had this friend in school who at that point did not seem crazy but ever since school ended he had been texting calling and trying to reach out to me in any form of way to pursue me romantically. I have already cleared i am not interested. Right now I received a text from my other friend claiming to be him. Can I put an online restraining order or something? I am clearly not comfortable and this has been going on for 2/3 years.

Go to cybercrime.gov.in and put all the particulars of him
