2 isnt this similar to retention bonus instead of increment but instead of giving at end… they are giving and will take it back?
3 how will they take it back if full and final doesnt cover the increment. -

February 22, 2025 at 4:48 amIn 2020-21, Our company had done the same. Citing the reason that increment is being given before normal increment cycle. Actually the previous year then didn’t give an increment at all and they gave the current year increment 3-4 months before the normal increment date.
They will hold documents if you don’t give money back during fnf.-

2. Yes, similar to retention bonus.
3. You will be liable to repay the amount that your salary and other dues don’t cover for it.These policies are signs of not a great place to work.
