So to add more context my friend is 17, mom is a judge a wonderful beautiful and stunning mom, who married the biggest problem of her life, he fights verbally constantly regarding problems, has destroyed phones and other valuable items misstreats his daughter my friend, and when I asked why not get a divorce the answer was since her mom is a judge and she cannot lose her reputation for undergoing a divorce and has been bearing with this for the so so many years and honestly so disappointed in Indian judiciary that a judge cannot face her own injustice because as soon as a judge is portrayed to suffering injustice she is considered invaluable, the man has the audacity to act like a real father at times as if whatever he has done had no concious to him and I genuinely feel so disappointed and ashamed in being a man that men like this exist.

indian judiciary is not stopping her from seeking a divorce, its her own social structure, lawyers get divorced, even judges do get divorced.

Nope. Divorced judges are not carried forward to the HC and SC. Its a career suicide irrespective of the gender. Do not bring out one or two divorced judges to counter.

As far as im concerned she has no social structure A single mom providing for her daughter who recently lost her mother as well so she’s got no family but a cousin, she has the fear of losing her job or the reputation she has built

I’m 17, so if your trying to portray that I’m interested in her you can rule that out, And I didn’t know appreciating women for the wars they face with a smile everyday had so much negativity behind it, She is a wonderful beautiful mom, as she spends every single penny she makes to keep her daughter happy and get her everything she wants and needs to make up for her father who’s never emotionally or physically there for her and all he does is abuses his own daughter.

Yes …you are biased and it’s one sided story ….go the your friends father someday and ask him the reality and then post it here …..I have seen judges and their attitude ….no judge will tolerate all this abuses ….most probably she is at fault here that’s why she is not escalating the matter
