UMy husband has done so much wrong with me . But he guilt trips me from divorcing him . Now I’m pretty sure he won’t agree to divorce . He needs me to take care of the child and home so he can focus on his career .
When I was newly married , we had always decided to never hav sex without condoms . After few minutes of not wearing condom he would stop and wear condom every time . That day he didn’t listen to me even though I told four five times to get off of me . Later he yelled , intimidated and guilt tripped me into an abortion I begged and cried to not have
Is this a grounds for divorce
Secondly he has been on dating apps ( and Sex apps ). I have proofs of the installation and payments but not the chats . The only chats I could find is where he was actually saying no to hookup , not to sexting( that’s because he confessed to me that he was afraid as he was cheating the women by pretending to be single and didn’t want to get caught ).
But he himself confessed to me he has seated in anonymous hookup app . But I don’t have the proofs of the chat but only the payments for the app which was a lot and extremely frequent .I came to know about most of the cheating stuff when I was pregnant with mu current baby
Due to baby I stayed but now I realised it’s best to be divorced from him
Are these legal grounds for divorce ? I want to start a life abroad as it is difficult for a woman to be divorced and living in India . How can I take my child abroad . What proportion of custody am I likely to get in this scenario ?

UI think as you have the payment proofs of dating apps it’s kind of okay.
I think you’ll get custody also ,by then somehow be financially stable also, usually kid custody is given to the mother (given they are fit emotionally, physically and economically) .
Get a divorce lawyer and start the procedure ASAP!!
Don’t waste time.
If possible collect more evidence or ss also of cheating -

MYour post is as confusing as the marriage. If you conceived a baby now after all these days you want to blame him for not wearing condoms.
Dating apps are absolutely wrong he should be answerable when he is married to you why he has but still there is something wrong better get a good counselling session first
