March 10, 2025 at 5:23 pmHi people,
I think my current company is wrongfully removing me. HR scheduled a call and told me they’re terminating me and my last working day will be tomorrow 11 march. But they sent me exit mail and in that mail it’s written that “don’t discuss your resignation with colleagues” even though they’re providing me 90 days notice period salary. But they’re lying like this, should I confront them? I am guessing probably tomorrow they will ask me to resign under pressure(not sure what will they even do)
They told me to submit laptop and mobile phone of company tomorrow morning but many things like this are not clear, what should I do? This was my second organisation and first time experience like this, I’m very confused. Please guide me… TIA

March 11, 2025 at 3:08 amThe Company doesn’t want you, hence you are fired. The company has the right to terminate an employee.
You have a choice of resignation or getting a termination letter.
The best option is to give resignation as HR has asked.
Start searching for a new job.
