My parents won’t let me leave india

So I am 15 years old in 10th and I want to pursue my degree in foreign universities but my parents won’t let me and want me to study in a local college only (mumbai) and are saying they won’t give me the documents even if I do get accepted for college is there legally anything I can do to stop this?

They are still your legal guardians ig , you can go abroad after bachelors still then you would be adult

If you can pay for your education on your own, nothing can stop you. If you depend on them, then you can’t do anything

Only until you are a minor. Even then, legally they are obligated to only educate you until you are 14 and provide you with roti kapada makan, not an education in a foreign uni

No. Because you are a minor, legally they are obligated to safeguard your documents

So how will you go? What about flight ticket? Living cost? Don’t think scholarship will cover everything.

You can’t do anything. They own you till you’re 18. Even if you run away, they can file a police complaint and get you back.
