April 21, 2025 at 10:31 amIn one of the recent court ruling the court ruled in favor of the employer in a bond case. So in a court case it can go either way.They (employer) are not bound to give experience letter if dues are not cleared. Even if they gave an experience letter it’s going to be a bad one, and they will mention that you absconded in BGV, so move on

April 21, 2025 at 12:16 pmExperience letter is their prerogative, if it was in contract, they will give one, might state you did a okay job, with utter disregard for contracts
