There is a court case going on my great grand father shares
My relative (my mom’s dad’s lil brother)
Tryed to get all the money of the shares and my mom and her dad are trying to stop him

        The main thing:

        After todays hearing in court
My grandfather and his brother got into argument they fought and his brother pulled my moms hair and tryed to beat her (he probably didn’t do that) but my grandfather was injured he is 70+ (this happened outside court + there were no cctv)

My mom filed an FIR is there anything else she can do? Me and my father are in a different state so there is no way we can go there and my mom is going to shift with us tomorrow

I want that guy to regret touching my mum’s hair

I’m sorry to hear about this incident. Filing the FIR was a crucial first step. Your mom should inform the court about the assault through her lawyer, gather any witness statements to strengthen the case, and ensure your grandfather’s injuries are documented with a medical report. She can also request a restraining order for added protection. While I shouldn’t suggest this, sometimes bribing the cops could expedite action and teach those morons a lesson. Once your mom moves to stay with you, ensure she feels safe and supported.

Police cannot restraint the guy cuz its a non bailable offense. he will just have to visit court for this a few times

Since it’s a non-bailable offense, but they can definitely teach him a lesson. Find a cop, explain the situation, and they can give him a taste of his own medicine. Sometimes, a little ‘persuasion’ goes a long way in dealing with such people who cross the line.
