April 16, 2025 at 9:14 amThis world ain’t peacefull ๐ฅบ
My younger sister who was just 10 years old passed away recently due to medical negligence by a private hospital in EKVEERA HOSPITAL, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. She was given an injection for anemia. Within an hour, her oxygen levels dropped to 70%. The hospital panicked and tried to push the responsibility onto us, even asking us to shift her ourselves to a government hospital in that critical state.
Instead of helping, they tried to abandon her.
We had to call political contacts just to make the doctor talk and get proper attention. This doctor โ who drives an 80 lakh Mercedes GLC AMG (MH20GE0200) โ refused to take responsibility, until we pushed hard.
When she was moved to another hospital(Kamal Nayan Bajaj Hospital), the doctors said there was fluid in her lungs. They did their best. For a brief moment, her vitals improved. But she didnโt make it.
Weโve filed an MLC. We have the records. The name of the doctor is Dr. Sangeeta Chauhan(inexperienced doctor who caused this situation) & Dr. Nikhil Chauhan(Owner).
But we donโt want silence anymore. How many more siblings will die because some doctors treat human lives like liabilities?
Please repost this. Share this. Speak up. If youโve experienced something similar โ donโt stay silent.
My family didnโt deserve this. No family does.
I know these guys will try there best to suppress us but the next might be you.
I am also attaching the links and address of hospital.

April 16, 2025 at 1:58 pmThis is very unfortunate for everyone and itโs more unfortunate because the doctors will not be held accountable and if they even get arrested they have dr. everywhere who will help them to get bail by fake medical conditions and they will walk free with the help of their connections and money.
Itโs the harsh reality because I have recently seen this happening.
I will share this and hope you get the justice.-

April 16, 2025 at 2:11 pmDude has gone out of his way to post this. OP, just one injection for anemia will not cause a fluid buildup in the lungs. A sudden drop in saturation is most likely due to a pulmonary embolism, which could be caused by an underlying heart disease (?maybe chronic anemia causing heart failure). Ik youโre grieving, but make sure you know that facts first before you set upon this trail.-

April 16, 2025 at 2:42 pmInjection for anemia? Was that iron injection?
If yes then it is very well know to cause allergic reaction/anaphylaxis leading to above said condition. But it is very much manageable condition. I am a doctor and I encounter such reactions a lot but never seen anyone dying because of that. You just need to act immediately.
Moreover these injections are given under supervision and strict monitoring.
Your case looks clear cut case of medical negligence. Fluid in her lungs might be due to acute lung injury due to anaphylaxis.

April 16, 2025 at 4:52 pmHi OP, I’m really very sorry for your loss. The death of a 10 year old child unexpectedly is heartbreaking and unanticipated in any setting. Though I understand your anger and frustration, I am not sure if your understanding of the events leading upto your sister’s untimely passing were due to medical negligence. I think a lot of this could be avoided if there was some room for breaking bad news. Especially the news of untimely deaths and doctors could take the time and like you rightly mentioned, the accountability of explaining what has happened and why. From what you’ve written it seems that you were not given the answers you were looking for. However, I earnestly hope that you find solace in the fact that there are indeed ways of pursuing accountability in such cases. You needn’t resort to arm twisting tactics such as using political clout or professional lynching through targetted google ratings. There are better ways to get answers. You could always sue and let the legal process take action after fact checking.
More than anything I hope that you take the time to come to terms with this unprecedented loss. It is good to talk to someone, it may be friends or family or even professionals.. -

April 16, 2025 at 4:55 pmfirst of all, extremely sorry for your loss.next, what injection? there are no injections that cause fluid build up in the lungs. anemia can cause it though. why was your sister anemic in the first place? she’s way too young to be anemic. were there any underlying diseases? OP pls post all info info and reports before going down this route as it might lead to mental stress if you’re not in the right.

April 17, 2025 at 12:40 amIโm very sorry for what happened, I believe youโre in the right – I do need to point out (as someone who has experience in the medical field, although I worked in military medicine) – You have to sue the hospital as the care provider and their public liability insurance policy, as well as the doctors professional liability insurance policy. You donโt sue the healthcare practitioner directly, I hope this saves you some time and means you donโt get scammed by lawyers who donโt know what theyโre doing.-

April 17, 2025 at 6:43 amhey we are not those goons we neither attacked someone nor treatened not on that path and I am sure that it was doctor’s mistake because before operation they give anesthesia but when they gave the anesthesia they gave it 2 time literally 2 times to a 10 yo and they told us this and also about the drop in bp and oxygen level. Police has already started the investigation and they PM report are yet to come from forensic. And tell me why would they shift her from their hospital to another hospital if they didn’t mistaken. Therefore heating the situation they accepted their mistake and shifted her to kalamnayan bajaj. They knew that they had mistaken and he also gave the statement and we will wait till the actual conclusion by police. I added this to Social media just to make sure they won’t be able to suppress us as they will know we can unite any time against them. Hope so she gets a life above.-

April 17, 2025 at 1:18 pmAnd don’t be hassled by negative comments. Many doctors are in their profession thanks to payment seats and pass marks handed out because of incompetent medical board in India. Plus our legal system is not strong enough to take on the doctors who have made mistakes. Highlighting these mistakes of different doctors by individuals who suffered might usher in laws where citizens are protected from such incompetence-

April 18, 2025 at 3:57 amKnow of two doctors, one in Greater Kailash hospital, palasia, Indore who ended the life of a patient who had gone with fever from one of the big companies in Indore. Instead of returning back home with less temperature, he went cold into the morgue.
Another was a surgeon in Bombay hospital, Indore. This man left behind a mop after performing surgery. That friend of mine went with severe stomach ache many times and the doctor did not order a scan. My sister in law who is a Stanley pass out and stays in South India asked him to take a scan and send it to her. She asked him to file a case of medical negligence. The doctor from Bombay hospital came to my friends house, fell on the feet of my friends mother, an old lady and begged forgiveness. Personally I think it was a settlement. But the surgeon got away with it instead of losing his license. So, the poor and middle class better watch out because many of these doctors are also children of Politicians, rich etc. The CEO of the biggest manufacturing company in Indore placed his daughter who had scored 39% as a doctor in Index Medical College, Indore and she passed thanks to her father’s benevolent contribution to the college throughout her studies. God help the person who goes to her for treatment-

Most 1st gen doctors cant even imagine that .Check the subreddit indianmedschool ,then you will know how much they are suffering. Check doctor salary in bangalore. Its just 12lpa which any btech guy will earn(that too with superspecialisation where they actually have to work 36 hour shifts, i am not joking btw).Plus , in private hospital, they get very less leaves and have long working hours.-

April 17, 2025 at 2:01 pmYou are wrong, doctors earn more. In India people are always sick and they can’t afford to be sick because they have to work, so when they feel even a slight ache in the neck because they slept wrong, they go to doctor, where he prescribes them painkillers and unnecessary acidity suppressor and for that he charges 500 rs, someplace even more. For 10 minutes of their time doctors are at least making 500rs on average, suppose they work 5 hours a day, that makes 15k per day. You can do the remaining math.

I went through OP’s profile he’s literally a teenager he’s frustrated coz he lost a 10 year old sibling. Yes, docs are underpaid but NOT all of them are saints, why do you think some prescribe a specific brand of medicine sometimes even if they have cheaper alternatives? Coz they get commission from Big pharma yk it just pretend that u don’t know this alr. And few mfs buy med seats just bcoz they can? Isn’t these all unethical?

April 17, 2025 at 7:36 amTime we start treating docs ungodly. They tortured and killed my kin during COVID (which was exempted from documentation). Plasma was kept out of fridge overnight, hands legs tied, beatings by nurses, mental torture that “you will die buddhe”. Tens of thousands of medicines charges, but lot of them never used on him. They will keep you in ICU till they can.ยI have seen how cruel they are on a “good human”, and we should revoke their free pass, and treat them objectively and individually like any other profession.
Ps: a doc from a very reputed government medical college prescribed me (costly) cancer medication and one with very serious side effects. I got my stuff cured just by dietery changes.

Doctors can be seriously held liable under medical negligence. I wild highly recommend you to make sure you get hold of the forensic reports ASAP. Also, if possible, get a secondary autopsy if you suspect foul play in the reports you get.
