So my uncle has kicked us out of our ancestral house 15yrs ago and rented it, and legally divided it between 4people (himself, bhua, grandmother(basically 75% share for himself)and my father and worth of house is more than 3cr it’s a bunglow, we have been living in a relatives house from last 15yrs my dad is a coward, he don’t want to face heat and whole joint family is against us, now I’m 18 and looking for a legal resort to get my share back in the house and I will bulldoze that particular share of house I want to watch their arses burn

Nope but there’s no legal rental agreement so It will be hard to proof in court

You’re 18, don’t do anything that will get your arse burnt. Find out the facts, legalities and then proceed

If the property is ancestral and proper partition did not take place, then you can file a suit for partition.

If it’s an ancestral property then you have the legal rights to inherit part of it. You can take legal actions against your uncle for kicking you out even if your father doesn’t…

Seek a lawyer and he’ll tell you everything in detail. All I know is, in an ancestral property every heir has equal rights of its ownership (even girls). It doesn’t matter if you got kicked out 15yrs ago. You are entitled and it is your right to inherit part of that property. Go get a lawyer and file a case on your uncle and whoever it is who kicked your family out of the ancestral property

Listen, go to a lawyer, a civil advocate preferably and tell him/er your story.
Do as he says. If your father is not mentioned out from your ancestral property, he has the right to his fair share.

I am an advocate practicing in Delhi. To advice on the issue, I will need some details on the structure of property and the manner in which the property was divided.

If you’re a Hindu, you have a right in the property by birth. It is a vested right, and not even your father can take it away, leave alone an uncle.
File a suit or better yet, send a legal notice to your uncle. If he is smart enough, youll get what is owed to you.

                                Lawyer from delhi here.

If the property is ancestral property, file suit for partition in civil court asap.

You’ll have to have a legal heir certificate and a succession certificate.
