My wife has been cheating on me

  My wife of 3 years has been cheating on me with her colleague. We work in different sectors but payment is same. So I don’t think she will get any alimony.
  I want to file a case against both of them on grounds of adultery. I want to punish both of them
  How should I proceed?

  Adultery is not a crime in India but it is a ground for divorce. You can file for divorce under this ground with sufficient evidence, and I think it will be difficult for her to get alimony like you mentioned, so the case would be favorable on your side most probably. Consult a good divorce lawyer, hope your case goes smoothly

  But as far as I am aware in a recent verdict the court announced that even if the wife performs adultery she will be still liable for an alimony.

  You must be living under a rock if you think she won’t get your money.
  
  Even if she cheats, live and sleep with someone next to you in your own house and have a child with him, you still have to pay.
