March 27, 2025 at 2:58 amHi, I ordered two tshirts from Myntra of a brand Leotude, however the delivery packet that arrived contained only one tshirt.I ordered two polo tshirts black in colour, however a pink round neck tee was delivered. I raised a complaint and they only took return pick up for one tshirt and refunded that.
The other tshirt they have not delivered nor have they issued a refund.
I have been raising complaints since 23rd March and everytime it gets auto closed without a resolution, they’re simply reopening it everytime I call and then asking 48hrs time to resolve despite reaching out to their supervisors.
The amount is not too high but it is extremely frustrating to get back my own hard earned money.
Can someone please guide me how do I take this up legally or through consumer forum. I have the call recordings and the screenshots of my complaints.

March 27, 2025 at 5:02 amI have 5 call recordings over past few days including today’s. Every time I call they express regret and fake empathy and then ask me to wait 48 hours. The request gets closed automatically and whenever I call they simply reopen it asking 48hrs. Spoken to them and their supervisors, it was no use. They can’t provide resolution on call or offline, they pass on information to their “team” who will surely resolve it, it’s their “personal guarantee”-

March 27, 2025 at 6:32 amIf it’s a small amount then don’t go through the headache. Make sure you use a credit card next time so atleast you have an option to dispute the transaction-

March 27, 2025 at 6:54 amYou have to file a dispute form with the card issuing bank for non receipt of goods from the merchant. This dispute has to be filled within 60 days of your credit card statement.Check your card issuing bank’s website for dispute form.
There is no such resolution for UPI.
