Myntra scam?

  My issue probably is not as concerning as others in the sub. But IMO worth asking.
  
  So I got a product from Myntra and wanted to return. But the product was delivered without any tags attached. After raising multiple complaints, they are now saying that I cannot return the product since I don’t have tags. But I’m 100% sure that tags weren’t delivered with the product. Anything can be done here?

  Cant you say that you never received the product in the first place. If they say it’s delivered then ask for proof.

    Don’t think that would work now since I’ve already raised many complaints and have said that I’ve received product without tags.
