Name Mismatch on Flight Ticket Please Help

Hey everyone,
I need urgent advice! My sister booked a flight from Mumbai using her post-marriage name, but all her documents (passport, Aadhar, etc.) are under her maiden name. She also doesn’t have a marriage certificate or updated documents yet.

We contacted the airline, but they refused to make changes and only noted the issue in the PNR. The flight is on February 2nd, and we’re worried she’ll be denied boarding.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? What can we do to avoid missing this trip? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cancel and apply whatever refund you get towards a new ticket.
