April 7, 2025 at 7:28 pmI filed a grievance with NCH in the month of Jan, and I do see notes like “Grievance has been emailed” and “Sent reminder email to company” etc. Now, there is no traction.What happens now? What do I do? If this goes nowhere, I will lose a lot of money.

April 8, 2025 at 12:12 amYou can reach out to them one last time, stating how the delay is adding to your grievances and that any further delay will leave you with no other option but to sue the company. If they donβt revert within a reasonable period, you should send a legal notice and file a consumer complaint.-
