EWanna talk about it verbally on call, so do let me know if anyone could advise me and tell me what’s legit and what’s not.
Writing here in short.
Was buying something from olx (games) worth 5k and later talked about more games so totalling around 7100. I paid 5k firstly, cuz the seller was saying he don’t trust and shxt like that. I took his and his mums aadhaar etc for safety and all. Paid 5k, another 2k yesterday. This was (dealing) going on for about 5 to 6 days now, first 3 days they wasted after taking my 5k and didn’t courier cuz they said closed post office and had to wait days, between this made additional deal which included 3 more games for 2k and all this had caused me a lot of mental stress and frustration, because I had to get this amount from some distant family members etc. udhaar basically, so finally when I paid full yesterday they said today morning they’ll do the courier of what I was purchasing. They didn’t do any courier and shxt and now after making me wait for 5 to 6 hours (from 9 to 10 am) cancelled the deal and sent me the money (all 7100) i wanted the goods that I was purchasing, waited almost a week paid and went through struggles. Do i have a case or not is what I wanna know. If want to understand clearly do dm me. If understood? Then please advise.

Are you willing to spend 30-40 thousand for expenditure of the court case??

EYes I did. Sure if that gets me my money back later and punishes assholes on internet? I am.
I didn’t think it’s free, small fee’s tops up and gets to around total of 10k 20k even 50k i understand that. I’m just so pissed, annoyed and what not. Just let me know if I can or I cannot.
I literally begged almost to family members for paying THEM before they courier and shxt. Why I did that? Cuz at the moment I didn’t have money as it’s a month end. Sigh. Hope you get me but idk man. 1 week ffs……

DYou are borrowing money when you needed 5000. So you dont even have to think about punishing anyone.

You has the entire pantheon of the Roman gods smiling down upon you, to have your money returned. Most people don’t see a dime of that.
Count your blessings and move on. You have no case here, whatsoever.

EWish I knew, that’s why came here for advice from a lawyer and ppl who knows this stuff. Anyways tho, if you ask me what I had in my mind, it was to either get compensation or the deal we agreed on maybe? Ok what basis? Struggles I had to go through for the transaction because of the demands of seller. Mental frustration and my time it all caused are significant to me atleast. Wondered if I had anything to go with. Searched google too, said either must have sale agreement (obviously no on olx shxt) but also there was “messages, payment receipts” which I have, both in WhatsApp chat conversation and call recordings of all confirmation I have all of it. As well as google payment receipts.

IThe transaction was not completed, and your money was returned promptly, which shows that perhaps there really was some issue.
The seller, being a genuine person, has returned your money, whereas, in practical life, OLX is known for scams where people routinely lose money (all this taking Aadhar and such does not mean much practically) and mental peace.Count yourself lucky and move on.
Do not complicate this. -
