  Hi, I am fighting a case for my mother, would appreciate if anyone can help me with the copy of the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972, which can be filed before the court.

  This is a pdf of the said rules as adopted in the state of Tripura, although I understand this might not be relevant if you’re not from tripura, but see if that helps.
