I need a pro bono lawyer or one willing to accept payment after the case is won, as I am currently unemployed due to health issues after a botched functional rhinoplasty. My mom is a single parent earning less than ₹10K, which isn’t even enough for rent and groceries, so I’m unable to afford legal fees upfront.

I want to file a medical negligence case against the surgeon and need a genuine, experienced lawyer in Noida/Delhi who can help me win. Every court has a legal aid department there you can file an application stating that you need a pro bono lawyer. They will assign someone

Yeah, but as mentioned in my post I need a medical negligence lawyer which will be filled in in the Consumer Redressal Forum Instead of HC or SC. So where can I find a lawyer for it, is the Consumer Redressal Forum or HC SC?
