M-34 wife filed dvc case(not 498A) 80% of the accusations is false. I filed counter claim denied all the allegations.i have a kid. However even though she filed a case I still want to live with her.i dont know why.please help me with your suggestions.My court stage is in CMP pending as I filed bnss 228 to remove my parents name in this case.

Since she has already filed Dowry Harassment case on you, you have to weigh in how safe it is for you to ask her to live with you. She may collect some more evidence of abuse or violence and file more cases in the future.

You can request for a Mediation, where you can ask her opinion on getting back together. The mediator can convey this to her, if you cannot.
