Hey everyone,

I recently received an email from Deloitte’s Background Investigation Team stating that they found a **criminal case (S.C.C. – Summons/Summary Criminal Case)** linked to my name during verification. The details mention a **pending case before the Civil and Criminal Court, Nashik Road**, with the next hearing scheduled for **March 12, 2025**.

I do have some connection to the case, but the **judge has assured me that I will receive clearance** and that the matter will be resolved in my favor. However, Deloitte has asked me to submit an explanation and supporting documents.

# My Concerns:

1. **How serious is this issue for my onboarding?**
2. **What documents should I submit to Deloitte to minimize any impact?**
3. **Has anyone faced a similar situation? How did you handle it?**
4. **Should I wait until I get the clearance letter, or should I explain the situation upfront and submit documents later?**

I’ve already acknowledged their email and informed them that I’m gathering documents, but they haven’t responded yet. I’m worried that this might affect my job offer. Any advice or insights would be really helpful!

if you were accused, you need to be acquitted by the court, such order will do.

its not a serious case and even there is no FIR was Filed against me
