Need advice for Full and Final settlement

My last working day was 28th march.
Hr said fnf will be in 45 days.
According to Code of wages 2019 chapter 3, section 17 wages should be paid within 2 days .
Should I intimidate hr ,to pay fnf right now else I will raise grievance.

My question is what sort of calculation they need to do for 45 days
1. All leaves were calculated and finalized with hr on last day.
2. 3.5 years no gratuity.
3.laptop was submitted and was entered in their database.

What other calculation is needed which take 45 days?

Yes, but this is common practice that most It organisations do. It’s to make sure there are no data leakage or any malpractice from your side.

Will that not be done after 45 days.
Why money for my hard work done is kept as security.
Please look at the code of wages act 2019
Chapter 3 ,section 17.

Isn’t it half witted practice.
After 45 days I will go on LinkedIn and take each and everyones name and defame them.

If we don’t speak against it no one will.

Now it’s a government rule which makes it illegal
