Need advice for leaving college and not paying full fees

Background
– I am a US Citizen, and my parents are also US citizens

– We paid the first year fees using a American bank account in USD

So basically I decided to try studying in India and I ended up in a medical college, however I am not liking it here at all as I lived in the states the last 21 years of my life. So I recently got an acceptance to a college back in my home in California and I am deciding to leave the medical college I am in. However I signed a bond where that if I leave I have to pay full 5 years, just note they don’t have any important documents all my important docs are with me, in this case if I just leave the college without telling them will they do anything to me when I’m in the states? Please and thank you!

If you don’t need any Transfer certificate..then just walk away.
