I am trying to figure out if a RERA lawyer can help me vet properties either new or resale. Can they really be of help or will it be a waste of time and resources? How should I approach this. Any help would be great.
The idea is to make sure that there are no legal issues. One of the things for a new buy, that I do not see on RERA website is water, electric and sewage agreements. For resale there is more legal formalities like conveyance deeds. I need a helping hand navigate this and ensure that I do not lose my hard earned money.
