January 15, 2025 at 8:09 amThis is regarding a product ordered on Myntra.Since this product was not as per our desired specifications I immediately raised a return request. On 19th December, this product was picked up, However, I received a message saying that the return pickup failed. I immediately raised a complaint on 19th December itself. And I kept getting the return failed messages for a few more days.
Since then, this complaint is getting delayed for one reason or the other. It was also closed once without any resolution. The complaint notes mentions that the product has been reshipped and delivered to us but it is absolutely untrue. We have not received any replacement product. The resolution date is getting extended continuously without any solution in sight. I have also emailed the customer grievance department but I have not received any response.
I received a final update from Myntra that they will no be able to help me with this.
I raised a grievance in consumerhelpline but today I got a response from Myntra and all it said was “Communication is shared to customer”. The communication is nothing but the copy paste of what they had told me earlier. That’s it! And in this consumer portal there is no option to provide any comments from our side, or keep the grievance open. This Grievance is now as good as closed.
I am now thinking of lodging a compliant in e-jagriti. What is your advice?

I have tried multiple times on the app/twitter/call
Nothing has helped!!
