February 9, 2025 at 3:42 amSomething really shocking happened recently. Yesterday at midnight, someone sent pictures of my sister to both my mom and dad at the same time. The photos seem normal—some are snaps some are pictures she took back in January, and a few were from her WhatsApp status. There was also a screen recording of a snap she had sent to her friends. When I tried to call the person, he answered briefly and then immediately blocked me. My sister is really worried, and we have no idea who this person is or why they did this.
What should we do in this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

February 9, 2025 at 3:59 amBest thing to do is contact women’s cell and complain about harassment. They will guide and help you better.-

February 9, 2025 at 5:20 amLawyer here. Op don’t do this, it won’t yield you any result because there’s no ‘harassment’ here. You can try being a detective on your own, other than that you don’t have much options yet. This would save you a trip to women’s cell and othe minor inconveniences.-

February 9, 2025 at 4:10 amJust wait and watch, maybe this person is someone who wanted attention from your sister and didn’t got it, and this might be his last pathetic attempt at getting attention. Ensure your sister has all the supports she needs now. -

February 9, 2025 at 7:48 pmRegister one in nearest police station too. In case something more happens, police will have to take some action as it will be recurring complaint.

February 9, 2025 at 11:59 amImmediately file police complain as they can track the number easily. Possibly her phone is bugged too but get in touch with police. -

February 10, 2025 at 8:38 amDo a little background check. Raise a cyber complaint, take the complaint ID and go to the nearest police station and ask them to register a complaint for harassment and assault. They’ll take their own time, but considering it’s a female case, they may expedite it sooner. Have a nice word with the hawaldars and pay them “good will” from time to time and follow up with them. These guys will help you prioritise this case.Remember, no one helps by themselves, you’ve to follow up – simple call or frequent visits.
