SMy cousin was addicted to pills like N10 and painkillers and he used to deal it to. He had bouts of fit and was checked into rehab. After he came back from rehab he was arrested by Police and was charged with 121 C. He spent 3 months in jail and got out on bail after a month he was again arrested and sent to jail. This time he spent 5 months and got out last month after holi. Now he doesn’t even live here he works in other city once a week he comes to give attendance in the police station. NOW this is where it gets dicey yesterday police came to pick him up again and as he was not in the home they picked up his wife saying now she deals the drugs showing discarded Ranitidine ( It is used for gas relief) which was expired. His sister is nurse they were threatening her also. We met with the SP and he assured us that she will be released but they booked her under 151 and kept her overnight. And now they have set eyes on her sister bcz she shouted at them and threatening to make a case against her. What legal steps I can take to stop this harrasment.

SWe are talking with a lawyer and thinking of filing a complaint in SP’s office against the constable as well as going to meet the human rights group here in the city.
