UMy parents took out a home loan for construction of our house. Same was done by tauji taiji (my uncle aunt). Equal loans!
Now, this house is in the name of my grandmother, and loan has been taken out because of the will. Both children (my dad and tauji) will get half of the property.
So, my grandmother keeps on telling my parents that she will change the will and we will be homeless! Mind you, the loan is still going on and its a big amount so will go on for more years. My mother is always scared and its affecting my and my brother’s studies.
My grandma keeps saying she doesn’t like us (I am leaving out the irrelevant details but she likes having control)
So I just want to know if its possible for her to change the will when my parents have equal amount of loans? And if she does change the will, and my dad gets nothing, what are the options? Would he have to keep replaying the loan for the house he doesn’t own?

BShe can change the will anytime (and multiple times, wherever she wants) during her lifetime. But you can still recover the amounts you have spent on the development of the property. There are ways to do that legally.
