UWe own a bridal wear shop in ludhiana punjab and a women from moga with influential background gave us an order for a dress yesterday and after we took the order into process she wants to cancel which is against our terms and conditions, she already requested color change design change 3 times and when we told her that we can not change it everytime she changes her mind she threatened us with a police complaint. Her sister is an ips officer in punjab and I believe that with her influence she filed a false case against my father that we abused her and have kept her money unlawfully. I have a voice recording with her in which she can be clearly heard saying that
Pyaar se paise dedo warna mei waise bhi nikalwalungi.Then after 2 hrs we got a call from ludhiana sho that they have got a complaint against us and are coming to our premises.
We currently have advance payment of the dress 75% of the order value as mentioned in our order slip t&c.
She wants it back.
What should we do next?

UYou don’t need to panic….my father is a lawyer and i have seen a lot of cases like that and if that women has signed the contract in which the terms and condition is mentioned than you don’t have any problem because legal is she can’t do anything and if she will apply falls kiss on you then she need an evidence…. And public servant cannot miss us power so his sister cannot do anything because they all are afraid of court and a lawyers

UThe terms and conditions are listed on the back of the order slip she has not signed it but it is understood that if you buy we impose these conditions, is it necessary to have a signature because its not a contract but an order slip. Regarding this the sho has called and told us that you have you have used bad language and have kept their money, she doesn’t have any proof so how can the police pursue the case?

UAs as you know that in this country law is for women and law-da for men…. If she had signed somewhere in a contract than that she will not get the refund then you have an strong chance that she cannot do anything to you but in this case she can file first complain against you by some feminism…. As you know if a girls want help then everybody helps a despite everyone knows that she is wrong…. If you did not find any loss or very little amount of lost then return the money because if the matter we go to the court or police station that it might get version because everyone knows that what is the behaviour of police and how much time does the court takes to give the correct judgement
