I need to raise a case on consumer court using e-dakhil portal (national consumer dispute redressal )but i am stuck at this step of providing documents so i needed help to gather all required format of documents so I don’t get rejected at initial level
Your help is appreciated

February 3, 2025 at 3:05 pmLawyer here.What you’re asking for is legal service and not legal advice. I doubt if any advocate/lawyer here is going to do this for you for free.
Anyway you will have to meet a notary advocate anyway to get your affidavit notarised. Make use of the services he/she provides.
Also, on a personal note, it might be better to approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your District and file a physical complaint instead of raising an online complaint in the consumer portal.

Whatโs benefit of consumer portal where performas are not provided in advance for eas of filling it
Anyways i will have to approach a lawyer nearbyย
