Need help ASAP

So there’s a girl who is my junior in the college, we used to work in a cell, she joined college in September but we started talking around march this year
Now initially we were friends and later as calls, text went on she got attached to me and eventually fall in love with me.
Now here’s the thing she asked me I said I have very little feeling for you she got offended and decided to keep trying. Now in this moth I started to realise that she wants to move further so I thought a lot and decided not to proceed further with this.
I told her this on sunday evening and at that time she took it well now yesterday evening I got call from her and she said a lot of things out of anger to me I listened to all of it didn’t say a single word back to her she was trying to convince me. Later at night I got a lot of messages out of which most disturbing was I will do something to myself

Now my question will I be held responsible if she does something ?
Because i have screenshot of her saying we were not in relationship. I haven’t promised her anything with respect to relation or marriage
We met only 3 time in the park that’s all
I haven’t received or gifted anything
She tried from her end and it didn’t work out and now she is trying to put the blame on me
Today morning again I received a lot of messages saying I’m ending all of this( I was relieved for a moment) later she started saying I’ll sit and wait for you at the park no matter how late it goes

Now I am extremely tired of this emotional blackmail, there was nothing concrete from my side and she knew this still she is playing this card

How to get out if this situation permanently
I don’t want to hear her name don’t want to see her
I want to remove her completely from my life

Dude girls are more emotionally strong than we boys she will be chilling and laughing with her mates and you should too don’t be an emotional fool you have Block option in your phone use it as simple as that

She sounds like a rather pampered person who may have got everything she asked for if she cried sufficiently for it. Just block her and ignore her. The worst that you can do is to actually give in even one little bit. That would only encourage her and feed her behavior.

Yeah one of my female friend gave me the same advice don’t meet her, don’t talk with her otherwise it will encourage her
