February 10, 2025 at 6:19 pmNow i know i will be trolled for this, but i am a student and i had purchased a phone of my liking(iphone 16) on emi. Since i earn a bit through internships i decided to buy it as i will be the one paying for it. I had bought it using my Dads bajaj finance account. Recently it got stolen (if you think i am lying you can check my prev posts) and it has just been 3 months since i purchased the device. Lets say i took a long term Emi and now i am stuck with it. I saw a video on Instagram where the guy said that if you lost your device which is on Emi the companies have a insurance for it which they dont advertise. So i wanted to know does bajaj finance have such insurance and if it does how can i make them avail it. Ik again this sounds cringe but comeon i am a student, help a fellow brother out. -

February 12, 2025 at 7:41 amBajaj or any Finserv does not automatically add insurance; it is something you, as a user, need to opt into.
You should check your loan agreement to see if it mentions any insurance and what type it might be. You can also contact the Bajaj helpline to inquire.Make sure to do this quickly, as most policies (if any) require timely claims.
