Need help to know if the following summon is genuine

My friend today got a call from CBI officials, he thought he was being scammed but then 30 mins later 4 men in civil uniform came straight to his doorsteps. Claiming to be from CBI, he didn’t get to see their ID, but they mentioned on the phone that they had no problem showing their ID. They handed him a summon, in a case he has no involvement in but he knows the accused and has had some financial transactions with him, they told him to come to the police station for cooperation in the investigation. I want to know two things, one – how to find out if a summon is genuine and how to find out if an FIR is genuine. If it is genuine how should he proceed in this case. Thank you. Unable to attach the summon here, if someone can guide me on it I can post the summon.

Can you guide me how ? I have tried google search but unsuccessful. This is the fir no. mentioned on the summon

Not Google search ..it’s better to search in the site of the highcourt of ur state .Also don’t post fir number in public as it contains sensitive private information
