April 8, 2025 at 4:06 pmThis is my first switch after 8 years of job. 4 years ago, my elder brother’s wife filed **Section 354** and **Section 498A** on me. Do I need to disclose this in my BGV?
I didn’t go to jail or anything like that, and the case is on the verge of getting VOID.
Please help. I cannot withdraw resignation in my current organization, and I want to join this new one. -

April 8, 2025 at 7:07 pmAny bgv company can get if a person has fir or not on his name or not, it’s better to disclose it and see rather failing bgv for not disclosing criminal fir on your name.
Leave it to the company, they will decide based on severity of complaint. Now above comment is based on assumption that new company has a bgv partner who has resources, time and contract to check these all things.
