Need help with insurance claim

My friend hit his bike with another vehicle and the other person got some serious fractures… The bike he driven had insurance which was lapsed and due to this he will have to pay from his pocket.. since we both have the same model bikes he is requesting me to file the claim by showing that the accident had occurred from my bike (my bike has insurance covered).. will there be any problem if I do as he say?? Plz help..

Do you want a fraud case on you ? because this is how you get one. Insurance companies are not dumb, they have seen thousands of people like this
