Need legal advice for a start up company. – Kolkata

Hi,

I, 26(M), am going to open a new Startup BPO with my friend 24(M) in Kolkata. We, apparently, will have a business outsourced to us from the USA. The real deal is we were working in a company where we signed an NCA (Non-Compete Agreement) and it being a similar field (process) might create a problem for us. How do we handle it and also to be able to hire employees from the similar field.

Please suggest and let me know (in inbox, if possible) whatever you want to know in detail.

NCA don’t work, only safeguard is confidentiality agreement.
