Need legal advice… my cousin face fake rumors and bad about her in government office….

She is working in up government office as clerk. Her mental health is degrading after heard about fake rumors about her.. that really break her mentally. Due to fake rumors that she is not a good character girl and other bad character comments..she don’t know how to deal with it.. as no one tell her on face….
Please give some legal advice to deal with it………

Unfortunately this is quite common in government office.

Meet senior officer and give complaint.

Change dressing style which covers full body. Dress how IAS dress. Don’t unnecessarily be chatty or friends with men

Make a Formal complaint in the concerned Police Station for registration of FIR for defamation. Also you can initiate civil proceeding against the person concerned before the Court. Connect me for details.
