April 15, 2025 at 8:55 amHi everyone, I need some help regarding an issue Iโve been facing with Jio AirFiber. A month ago, I paid โน3233 for a 3-month 100Mbps connection. When the technician came to install it, he found that the signal strength in my area was too weak for the service to work properly. He didnโt proceed with the installation and asked me to share the OTP to mark it as a cancellation, which I did.Since then, Iโve been following up with Jio for the refund. They collected their equipment and told me the refund would be processed within 14 working days. Itโs been over a month now and nothing has happened. Every time I call, I get different answers โ some say itโs in progress, others say I wonโt get a refund at all.
What are my options here? Can I take legal action or file a complaint somewhere? Any advice on how to proceed would be really helpful.

April 18, 2025 at 11:29 amHaving similar issues. Got Jio air fiber installation was done with in 4 hours of payment all working fine no issues. Neighbour wanted tye same connection so I recommend asked them to make the payment online nothing happened after that it’s been over a week. No option of consumer support someone advised to go to Jio store was provided phone number they kept Telling today tomorrow and now is not picking up calls.
