Need legal advice please (Land)

Basically my family owns a parcel of #land (50,000 sq mt) which is under the forest department. The surrounding area of 13 lakh sq mt (a prominent wildlife sanctuary now) was initially forced to sell to the government at a rate of ₹13 per sq mt in 2005. The 50k sq mt is yet to be settled.
What should I do now? Should I go for a land for land deal with the forest department or compensation?

Any thoughts on this would be really helpful! Thank you in advance

what are they offering – depends on that. Compensation rate or land where at and size?

Right now they are offering ₹100 per sq mt
