April 19, 2025 at 4:11 amHi everyone,
I’m posting here to seek legal guidance regarding an unusual situation that unfolded last night. I’m not sure if I could potentially be implicated, so I want to clarify the facts publicly and transparently. What Happened:
On the night between April 18th and 19th, 2025 (around 3:30 AM), I noticed a woman sitting outside her building in my neighborhood. Given the odd timing and her solitary presence at that hour, I grew concerned that she might be in trouble—perhaps locked out or in emotional distress.
I observed her from a distance for a few minutes before approaching and gently asking if she needed any help.
She seemed extremely agitated and emotionally disturbed. At first, she yelled at me, but then, amidst tears and anger, she explained that her pet cat (“Billa”) had been attacked and killed by stray dogs in a nearby park. She said she had no place to bury the body, so she had wrapped it in her own jacket.
What I Did (Out of Human Concern):
• I gave her one of my old T-shirts (at her request, which I was wore that time)
• I handed her a water bottle and a cigarette when she asked
• she lit the cigarette and gave my lighter back
• I did not engage in any further conversation or physical assistance
• I returned to my flat quietly and did not see her againShe did not seem mentally stable at the time, and I chose not to escalate the situation out of respect and concern for her state.
The Morning After:
Around 6:30 AM, I noticed a commotion in the area and learned that the same woman allegedly threw stones at three parked cars, causing property damage. I had no involvement or prior knowledge of this incident. My only interaction with her was the one mentioned above, several hours earlier, and only out of concern.
Why I’m Posting:
I’m unsure if my brief interaction with her could in any way be misinterpreted or dragged into the current investigation, especially as the police or others may be looking into witnesses or people she interacted with that night. I want to document what happened from my side clearly and truthfully.
Any advice from legal professionals or anyone with experience in similar matters would be greatly appreciated.

April 19, 2025 at 4:21 amNot a Lawyer but a Law Student, I think that the only thing that could (in slightest of chance) drag you into the Investigations is your T-Shirt.That too is a rare possibility as the women is gone and her Billu (hopefully) buried and there is nothing to say that it was the same women.
I would be grateful if any lawyer could confirm this as I am still learning.
But you are clear, do not stress over such matters. They will end up in a file in a week.

April 19, 2025 at 4:25 amwell, thats great for you. it could be clearly seen that she was acting on her own and you only interacted with her for a brief period.the most the police would do is to question you and you have to narrate what you posed. i dont think that they are gonna go beyond that for broken car windows.

April 19, 2025 at 4:31 amYou guys really think petty property damage that will be reimbursed by insurance is going to lead to such thorough investigation that police will search a suspects clothes and somehow lead it up to this guy, and charge him for a conspiracy to what? break glass? You all need to watch less CID-

April 19, 2025 at 4:35 ambro, what if the woman later claims that the cigarette or water bottle I gave her was tampered with? For example, she could allege that there was something harmful or intoxicating in them, and that her actions (like damaging the cars) were influenced by what I gave her.-

April 19, 2025 at 8:16 pmMan, I have spent countless nights on the streets in my early youth and had crazy interactions and not once did I shit my pants like this. Once a girl attempted suicide in front of me and I had to save her, she drank the wrong liquid thankfully and only burned her throat and I was dragged into all of that, her father started asking me my caste because he thought that the person who had raped her was me.Okay, too many rats out of the bottle I had kept closed for years now
