Need legal advice regarding Loud speaker of temples

There is a temple or Gaushala near my apartment, which plays Loud music at 5’o clock early in the morning till 7’o clock. 2 hours straight. I am hindu myself but I am also a student and this disturbs my sleep schedule and I can’t focus on my studies properly due to lack of sleep. There is also 2 3 temples but they generally plays for 15 minutes. Is there any way I can stop these? Because Police will take no action that I am sure due to dominance of certain organisations. Many from our apartment also have the issue but noone is taking any action. Please suggest some legal and safe way to tackle this.

Masjid hai nhi mere ghar ke paas. Aur ghanto tak constantly bajta to complaint karta. There are 2 3 temples around my house, which plays prayer for 10 to 15 minutes, so I don’t have any problem with that. Main problem unse hai jo constant 2 hours subah 5 se 7 bajate hai.
