Need Legal Advice: Wrongful Termination & Harassment

Hi, I’m 30M, a Senior Territory Manager in printer sales. My reporting manager (only 3 months in position) mentally harassed me, fired me disrespectfully, and defamed me in front of colleagues. He also forced me to contribute ₹500 for a farewell for his favorite employee but denied me a farewell or a one-month extension.

I need legal help and want to take strong action against him for harassment, wrongful termination, and coercion. What are my legal options?
