Need Legal Help: Director MOU Review

I was offered a director position at a company and received an MOU. I don’t have a lawyer but need to know if this document is properly drafted to protect me. Are there any lawyers here willing to review it for free and suggest changes if needed? Just want to make sure I’m not walking into trouble by signing it as-is.

lmao you’re getting a director position at a company, and you can’t afford 4-5k to get the documents checked by a lawyer?

LOL thanks for your concern about my finances! Because everyone knows all director positions come with instant millions, right? God forbid someone be cautious before spending money when starting a new role. Next time I’ll just throw cash at problems without question – clearly that’s the mark of a good director! 😉
