February 18, 2025 at 9:13 amMy grand father has some self acquired agricultural land, he died intestate in 1978 leaving behind 2 daughters, 2 sons and his wife. Later in 1983 property got divided into 3 parts one for my dad, one for my uncle and one for my grand mother. Same mutated in revenue records by way of fauthi (Original proceedings copy available). One daughter being the eldest of all 4, got married in 1978 (year of my grandfathers passing). Another daughter got married in 1985. Now the eldest daughter filed a suit for partition, other daughter is not in the suit. Only the eldest daughter filed suit for partition.What is the legal Validity of her suit? Need some clarification from the community…
